As we continue into 21st century, we accept the challenges ahead and look forward to new opportunities. With our property management, in-house leasing and a host of contractors, we manage the client’s property at every level. These services include, screening tenants, leasing, and collections, building maintenance, accounting and preparing owner statements. As each property is unique, we can tailor our management services to suit the client’s individual needs.
· You must first view the apartment or house you would like to lease. You can check out a key Monday-Friday from 8:30-1:00pm with a $25 cash deposit and a copy of ID card. It will be refunded upon return by 3:00pm.
· Complete and submit application, Copy of a Photo ID, proof of income and application fee of $50.00 cash for each applicant at our Office. 2937 7th Ave South., Suite 106, Birmingham, AL 35233. Credit History and Rental History will be obtained as well.
· Make appointment to sign the lease by calling our office 205-250-0036 . Provide certified funds, or a money order for the security deposit and first month's rent. Your rent will be pro-rated on the second month if occupancy is less than the full month. Please ask your leasing specialist for the pro-rated amount.
· Provide a copy of your Renters Insurance at the Time you sign your lease.
· If a guarantor is allowed, the guarantor will also need to fill out an application for approval.
